We are looking for a new colleague Customer Service Specialist in Ghent. As a Customer Service Specialist you provide exceptional support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You are responsible for effectively communicating with customers, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering timely and accurate information or solutions to meet customer needs. Main Responsibilities and tasks:  Daily communication with customers, sales managers, logistics, mill production planning and supply chain coordination teams about order related matters  Receiving, processing and confirming orders  Planning customer deliveries and follow-up of stocks, proactive offering of available stock materials to customers  Monitoring customer sales plan, quota, orderbook and acting when needed  Pipeline order management  Reporting on demand for customer related information  Being first-line support for sustainability related topics  Participating in the development work related to own responsibility area  Support in knowledge sharing among the different customer service teams
