We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for in Rumst. Are you looking forward to something new? Then be sure to read on. What will your day look like: - Processing incoming orders and answering questions from both external and internal customers; - Starting to build strong relationships with a limited portfolio of customers; - Deliver smooth delivery of customer orders; - Modify orders and provide customers with immediate order confirmation; - Ensure necessary documents are in order at all times; - Manage orders and due dates according to KPIs; - Providing customers with the necessary info about the company's services; - Handling emails, phone calls and faxes; - Performing necessary queries.

Wie ben jij? m/v/x

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Initial experience within the logistics world;
  • Knowledge of CRM tools;
  • Strong computer skills.

Opleiding: Bachelor or build up by expierence.

Vakkennis: 2 to 3 years of expierence.

Talenkennis: English.
